The books are known for their dark property style, and Einbecker is where the block was created. The Einbecker brewery named it after the German town of Einbeck, where it continues to produce Bock, and Ur-Bock is widely recognized as one of the best examples of this style.

Doppel Bock: Paulaner Salvator Doppel Bock

Doppelbock is darker and richer than books, and Paulaner’s Salvator is a perfect example of this style. All pears are lagers, so despite the great flavors, they are still crispy and clean with a little sweetness.

How hard is doppelbok? Paulaner Salvator Doppel Bock is the oil of legendary beer, and history shows that the monks were able to quickly extend as they drank.

Helles or Maibock: Ayinger Bräu-Hell

Ayeer Bräu-Hell is classified as Helles lager, equal to the gap between Mai Bock and pilsner light spinner style. Eventually, it was originally created as Bavaria’s response to Pilsner.

Despite its pale color, it still tastes quite ground, but it’s usually hoppier than other books. This classic beer is a contrast in itself and a great example of Helles style.

The Alt is more subtle than you would expect from its brown or amber color. It’s a little malt with an almost hop aroma. This is usually quite a generation, but not aggressive.

Rauchbier: Aecht Schlenkerla Rauchbier

Rauchbier or “beer smoke” is a very unusual style. The beer itself is the same as Oktoberfest with sweet and salad flavors, but the smoke flavor adds a completely unexpected profile. Some drinkers describe the taste as beef pus or even skin.

Aecht Schlenkerla Rauchbier is worth tracing if you’ve never tried it before.

Berliner Weisse: Berliner Kindl Weisse

Berliner Weisse is another very unusual beer. The aroma and character come from deliberately fermented grains that make cakes and spicy beers.

It’s very refreshing, and many fans of this style love to add fruit or herbal aromatic syrups, but it’s just as great as it is.
